WALKING

Walking is one of the best and easiest way to lose weight at home. I always recommend walking for

at least 30 min twice a day. Your morning routine must include walking. walking is a complete body work out. you will feel better.




Since the body is a little stiff in the morning because of a good night's sleep, I would suggest that you take a walk first and then practice your asanas so that your body has warmed up. If you cannot go out, try walking around the house.






So, walk as much you can, whenever you can. Once the lockdown ends, you can also park your cars, a little away from your final destination so that you can walk a little.
